Who we are

Scuffmark is run by Mark John Jones, a sole trader in the UK. Contact: hello@scuffmark.co.uk.

What we collect

Your email address and, if you choose, when your tenancy ends; which product and price you clicked. We also record anonymous page visits and clicks to see whether people want this product. We do not use advertising cookies, and our analytics runs without storing cookies on your device.

Why

To email you once when Scuffmark launches, with your discount. Lawful basis: your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link.

Who processes it

PostHog (analytics and waitlist storage), data held in the EU. Vercel hosts the website.

How long we keep it

Until we launch and send your email, or 6 months from the date you signed up if we don't launch — then it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
